內部說明（本段不進 PPT）：官方收件要素含「投影片簡報」。紀律三條—— ① 每頁必須有一個可當場指認的工件（截圖 / 日誌 / 腳本輸出 / 文檔行號 / 承諾函），沒有工件的句子從該頁刪掉； ② 頁面文本英文，數字只來自 internal/01 H 表；79（未對口徑的遮蔽表數）、舊檔用例數不得出現在任何一頁； ③ 每頁末的「中文對照」是內部核對件——不進 PPT、不導出、不上傳；它的唯一作用是讓不讀英文的人也能逐頁核對這頁到底講了什麼、與英文正文有無一處不一致。 順序按四項評審標準：p2–p3 研發內容 / p4–p5 團隊與工程 / p6–p8 創新性 / p9–p10 商業可行性 / p11 資金 / p12 風險與承諾。

#p1 · Title

• Duty Runtime: Contained LLM Task Closure with Cross-Tenant Isolation Guarantees

#p2 · The measured failure (why this is research, not a product pitch)

• 45% — attainment under "force the model to call tools", internal production measurement (2026-09, methodology on record).
• The model writes the promise; nothing in the loop decides whether the action happened.
• Our hypothesis: the bottleneck is where the completion-decision authority lives, not model capability → so no model swap, no fine-tuning.

中文對照（內部核對 · 不導出）：為什麼這是研究而不是產品推介——內部生產實測「強制模型呼叫工具」下的達成率是 45%；模型寫下承諾，而迴路裡沒有任何東西判定動作有否發生；我方假設＝瓶頸在完成判定權住在哪裡，不在模型能力 ⇒ 所以方案裡不換模型、也不微調。

#p3 · Research question and the four sub-questions

• On a real multi-tenant operational data plane, turn an LLM from text generator into accountable executor: D1 who may declare completion · D2 what the system must produce when out of bounds · D3 how isolation becomes falsifiable · D4/D5 persona continuity under transparency, and reproducibility by a second operator.
• Student-housing operations = the validation scenario, not the subject.

#p5 · Architecture: proposal vs decision

• Diagram: model proposes → typed action contract (precondition / risk level / permitted phrasing) → deterministic duty runtime decides done / waiting / failed / escalated → receipt persisted; money & contract actions → 100% human gate.
• Out-of-scope content produces no AI action, only an escalation obligation.
• Escalation is a system action: named owner + deadline + full context summary; same service identity continues.

證據件：既有 u6buddy 契約與審計記錄的真實條目截圖（脫敏），可當場追一條義務從建立到解決。

中文對照（內部核對 · 不導出）：架構圖一行讀完——模型只提案；類型化動作契約帶前置條件／風險等級／許可措辭；確定性義務運行時獨占 done / waiting / failed / escalated 的判定；判定落庫成回執；錢與合同 100% 過人工閘門。越界內容不產生任何 AI 動作，只產生升級義務；而升級是系統動作（具名負責人＋期限＋完整上下文摘要），交接後仍以同一服務身份接續。

#p6 · Containment that can be attacked (D3)

• Three legs: adversarial probe suite (≥50) · masked-table coverage assertion · falsification experiment — deliberately open one leg and the suite must go red on the spot.
• Leakage target: 0, on the probe suite and on real session audits.
• Honest gap: the tenant-scope coverage figure is not quoted until we reconcile two of our own definitions by running the gate itself.

#p7 · People and the persona (D4) — stated with its guardrails

• Claim we make: one continuous butler service — same register, same accountable owner, takeovers carrying a short handover note with complete context.
• Claim we do not make: that a tenant cannot tell human from AI; we do not describe the service as unattended; the AI never impersonates a specific person or signs as the butler.
• Disclosure: AI participation and data use stated in terms and at first session (PCPD guidance).

中文對照（內部核對 · 不導出）：本頁要分清「主張」與「不主張」。主張：一個連續的管家服務——同一服務身份、同一問責主體、接管時留一條上下文完整的交接簡記。不主張：讓租客分不清人與 AI，也不把服務描述成無人看管；AI 不冒充具體個人、不以管家名義簽署。AI 參與與資料使用寫進服務條款，並在首次會話披露（按 PCPD 指引）。

#p8 · Public benchmark: ChunYue-Agent-Bench (D5)

• 500 tasks × 3 baseline models · frozen task set · released scorer and schema · Apache-2.0 · runtime, tenant data and operator rule libraries stay proprietary.
• Acceptance is a replication: second operator, second machine, byte-identical results.
• Why a pre-revenue team bothers: it is the only credibility available — publish enough to be falsified.

#p9 · Market and who actually pays

• Demand: 92,000 non-local students 2024/25 (+25% YoY, Knight Frank 2025-11 p.5); registration basis 54,500 → 79,300 (LC CB(3)1279/2025(03)) — two counting bases, never summed or averaged.
• Policy tailwind: quota 20% → 40% (2024/25); self-financing ceiling 40% → 50% (from 2026/27).
• Named customer pool: conversion-scheme halls — 52 applications / 45 eligible / ~11,450 places; 4 operating ~700 places; 5 more ~740 places within a year (Development Bureau, 2026-10-28).
• No TAM slide. Bottom-up only: assumed HK$10–15/bed/month → 1,000 beds ≈ HK$120k–180k ARR, labelled planning assumption.

• Today: no signed third-party contract, revenue HK$0, no full-time employees.
• Plan: Pilot #1 (related-party) live by M6 with 30 consecutive days of real logs; ≥1 unrelated paying pilot by M11; metric family + latency before/after (≥30 samples per side, first-response separated from resolution time).

#p11 · HK$150,000 and 12 months

• Two equal instalments of HK$75,000 on six-monthly milestone reviews; every line bound to named milestones.
• 78k R&D hours · 24k model API & compute · 18k corpus & annotation · 12k legal & PDPO · 10k open-source benchmark · 8k park move-in & panel travel.
• Manpower self-consistency stated on the slide: 78,000 ÷ 12 = HK$6,500/month partial subsidy of in-HK engineering hours — not two full-time salaries; full-time cost sits with the company (B6).
• Binary acceptance per milestone; unmet items reported as unmet, never as "partially achieved".
